“A Mammoth Dream” is a 4-part docuseries about the life of one of the greatest champions that Brazil has ever conceived, Alison Cerutti - known as ‘The Mammoth’. The narrative unfolds within a historical and unprecedented context: The preparation for his third Olympics in Tokyo 2020, correction, 2021, The Mammoth’s last chance to become the greatest of all time in Beach Volleyball. The docuseries air at Brazilian cable network Bandsports during the Olympics in July 2021and is now available on Paramount+ Latin America.

Food as an art form is ephemeral. Once presented to our taste buds, it can only live in our memories.
Last fall in Echo Park Biite Club teamed up with @littlefish_echopark to return to their fine dining roots with a 9-course tasting menu with wine pairing by @kaewhalen .

To capture the essence of the experience, we brought Dwight Hwang @fishingforgyotaku one of the foremost Gyotaku artists in North America, to create a classical Japanese print of the Thornyhead fish that was served that night.

At 89 years old, Jônice is a memorable character. Surely, he leaves a striking impression on anyone who is lucky enough to run into him at some point in life. He is undoubtedly a great businessman and, instinctively, an articulate storyteller. Most people who know him have heard of his great entrepreneurial achievements and know the influence he had, and has, on Brazil's coffee industry. But this film does not address any of that. This film exchanges the coffee beans for the sand grains, the numbers and spreadsheets for his carefully chosen, slowly spoken words and shows the real, consistent jonice of everyday. His morning ritual, his relationship with the sea, his way of receiving each day in life, and how all these elements serve as a foundation for the daily rebirth of his spirit.

In 'Jônice - Young At Soul' this gentleman reveals his secret to the longevity of the soul and maturity of the mind. The film, soft and poetic, gives an unusual meaning to the famous expression Carpe Diem. It leaves behind the idea to live the present with total intensity, without worrying about the future. And it brings the wisdom of being reborn each morning, relying on a ritual of connections that prepare you to make the most of the hours ahead that, like sea water, quickly flow through your hands.
